Your Mission
You will be a key player at the heart of Allfred. Your code won’t sit in a drawer; it will directly influence how top agencies manage their projects, people, and finances. We expect you to take ownership—not just following Jira tasks, but actively shaping the architecture and product direction.
Tech Stack
We are looking for someone who feels at home in a modern PHP/JS ecosystem:
- Backend: Laravel (PHP) – Real experience with complex backend logic is your daily bread.
- Frontend: React.js – To ensure our tool is as beautiful as it is functional.
- PostgreSQL or any other SQL like MySQL they are all similar :)
- API: GraphQL experience is a huge plus.
- Quality: Writing tests and performing Code Reviews is our "hygiene," not a chore.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience: You have 2 to 4 years of real-world experience in fullstack development (Medior to Senior level).
- Autonomy: You can take a complex problem, break it down, and solve it independently.
- Mindset: You care about the "why" behind the code and how it impacts the user.
- Location: We are Remote-First. You can work from anywhere in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, or beyond. If you prefer an office, our base is in Bratislava.

The Deal
- Salary: €3,000 – €5,000 (depending on your seniority and experience) on a freelance/B2B basis.
