No, there are no limits at all. You only pay for your employees or external freelancers that use it.
Is there a minimum number of users for a subscription?
The minimum number of users is one user.
How does the licensing work?
Each Allfred license is per user. After purchase, you will receive login credentials for each user, which allows them to access all Allfred’s features based on Users permissions.
Should we pay for freelancers or externs?
Yes, Allfred requires payment for every member with access to the workspace, including freelancers and externs.

At present, Allfred.io does not provide the functionality for clients to join the platform. However, you can facilitate better communication by sharing details such as Task ID, budget item IDs, or budget codes with them.
Is it necessary to pay for support separately?
No, 24/7 support is included as part of the Allfred license. However, agency workflow consultations are charged separately at a rate of 80 euros/hour, as is onboarding.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, you can pay for your license through bank transfers.

Does the price of each role in Alfredo differ?
No, the price of Allfred does not differ according to the user's role. A single subscription price is paid for every user, regardless of their role. This means that you pay the same price for every member in your agency.
Can I set different permissions for individual roles?
Yes, you can set different permissions for individual roles in the All-in-one Ad agency backbone package. Otherwise, the permissions vary for Users, Project Managers, Team Leaders, and Administrators/CFOs/Managing Directors, providing a customized experience for each role.
Can clients also access Allfred? Is it chargeable?
Currently, Allfred is not designed for client access. However, for better process organization, you can share information like Task ID, budget code, and budget items codes with your clients.
What information can be imported and exported from the tool?
Allfred allows you to import a variety of information such as clients and brands details, list of contractors, project details, and user data. In terms of export, Allfred offers a plethora of valuable data exports including project effectiveness, work in progress, revenue, cashflow, all financial documents, and payment orders.
